Walkerburn is a small village in the Tweed Valley. It sits on the A72 some 8 miles from Peebles and 10 miles from Galashiels. Founded in 1854 around the mill to house the workers, Walkerburn now has a population of about 660 souls.

This site is designed to show some of the facets of this beautiful village in the beautiful Scottish Borders. Please select one of the links on the left to investigate some of the many facets of Walkerburn and do please try to visit us - you will be most welcome. Failing that, please drop me an email if you would like any more information on our village.
