The book entitled "Walkerburn Its Origins and Progress 1854 - 1987" was written by F.W. (Eric) Pearce. This small paperback history contains many wonderful photographs of days gone by. The history of the village from its creation to modern times is a wonderful insight to this place we are privileged to call home.
